Area Sales Manager France (m/f/d)

• Management and development of existing customers in France
• Acquisition of new customers through networking and targeted prospecting activities
• Conducting sales meetings and product presentations
• Participation in trade fairs and events, including follow-up of generated contacts
• Analysis of market trends, competitors, and customer potential
• Preparation of quotations and support throughout the contract negotiation and closing process
• Maintenance of CRM data and reporting to Sales Management
• Close cooperation with Engineering, After-Sales, and Marketing teams
• Support in the development and implementation of sales strategies and campaigns for the French market

• Several years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within the mechanical engineering industry
• Established network of potential customers
• Proven track record in new customer acquisition and successful contract negotiations
• Native-level French, very good English skills, German is an advantage
• Strong customer focus and excellent negotiation skills
• Structured and organized working style with a high willingness to travel
• Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Team player with the ability to communicate technical solutions clearly and effectively
