We are looking for support as soon as possible in the following role:
Manager IT-Support (m/f/d)
for our headquarter in Amerang

Your mission

Receiving and resolving IT incidents related to hardware and software (1st-level support)
Processing incoming support requests in the ticketing system, including classification, prioritization, resolution, and documentation of actions taken
Managing and procuring IT hardware as part of asset management
Installing, configuring, and deploying hardware and software
Creating and maintaining technical documentation

Your profile

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or a comparable qualification; career changers are also welcome
Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems (client and server) and their administration
Initial practical experience in 1st- or 2nd-level support, including the use of ticketing systems or user help desks, is desirable
Enthusiasm for solving technical challenges
Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team
