We are looking for support as soon as possible in the following role:
Area Sales Manager Turkey (m/f/d)
Residence in Turkey required | Remote, with regular assignments in Amerang

Your mission

  • Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with existing customers in Turkey
  • Systematically acquiring new customers through your own networks and targeted acquisition
  • Preparing and conducting sales talks and product presentations
  • Participating in trade fairs and events in Turkey, and internationally if necessary, and following up on contacts professionally
  • Analysing the market, competitors and customers to identify new opportunities and trends
  • Preparing quotations in consultation with the engineering/service department and following up until conclusion
  • Maintaining the CRM system (leads, opportunities and forecasts) and providing regular reports to the sales management team
  • Cooperating with internal departments (engineering, after-sales and marketing) to develop customer-specific solutions
  • Supporting the development and implementation of sales strategies and campaigns for Turkey

Your profile

  • Several years' experience in B2B sales, ideally in mechanical engineering/industrial goods
  • Existing network of potential customers
  • Several years of experience in the sale of high-quality capital goods, preferably for the packaging of products in the food industry / end-of-line packaging machines
  • Proven success in new customer acquisition, account development and deal closing
  • Language skills: - Turkish at native speaker level
  • Very good English
  • German an advantage
  • Strong customer focus, excellent communication skills, and a confident negotiating style.
  • Structured and independent working style, with a willingness to travel extensively within Turkey
  • Confident use of CRM systems and MS Office
  • Data-based approach (pipeline/KPI management)
  • Team player with the ability to explain complex technical solutions in an understandable way
