We are looking for support as soon as possible in the following role:
Production Planner (m/f/d)
for our production site in Haag i.OB.

Your mission

  • Processing quotations, enquiries and orders
  •  Administration – visitor management, telephone/post, supplies, invoice verification, etc. 
  • Preparing reports, special projects, statistics, etc. 
  • Maintaining master data in our ERP system
  • Creating production orders, coordinating with internal and external partners
  • Maintaining and tracking quotations, order confirmations and planning/coordinating supplier delivery dates
  • Compiling key performance indicators
  •  Assisting with stock-takes
  • Supporting technical work planning

Your profile

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship
  • A basic understanding of technical matters is desirable
  • Proficiency in MS Office and some experience of working with ERP systems
  • A strong sense of quality, cost and responsibility
  • Ability to work independently, with a solution-oriented and structured approach
  • Very good command of German; knowledge of English is desirable
