We are looking for support as soon as possible in the following role:
HR Officer (m/f/d) - Operational HR
for our headquarter in Amerang

Your mission

  • Responsibility for and management of the entire employee life cycle as an HR Manager
  • Independently managing the entire electronic time recording system (key user), including carrying out the monthly closing procedures
  • Supporting staff and managers
  • Drafting contracts, employment references, certificates and other HR-related documents for our staff
  • Active involvement in recruitment (arranging appointments, preliminary interviews, organisation, etc.)
  • Contributing to and taking on exciting HR projects and special assignments

Your profile

  • Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship with further training in human resources, or a degree with a focus on human resources (business administration, business psychology or equivalent qualification)
  • Several years’ professional experience in human resources
  • Proficiency in using Office programmes, ideally including HR tools
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, the ability to work independently and a willingness to take on responsibility
  • Good written and spoken English
