We are looking for support as soon as possible in the following role:
Manager Industrial Engineering (m/f/d)
for our headquarter in Amerang

Your mission

  • Carrying out and documenting the assembly and disassembly of sub-assemblies and systems
  • Designing and optimising assembly workstations for variant assembly, taking into account ergonomic and economic considerations
  • Preparation of assembly instructions for various assembly tasks
  • Contributing to the design of assembly aids and to the development and implementation of Lean and OPEX measures
  • Compiling data for CE certification of the developed work processes
  • Independently carrying out future projects within the department

Your profile

  • A degree or technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering/Industrial Engineering or a similar qualification
  • Initial experience in the field of assembly is desirable
  • Knowledge of electrical engineering is desirable
  • Knowledge of Lean principles and flow production in mechanical engineering is desirable
  • A structured and goal-oriented approach to work
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Good written and spoken English
