We are looking for support as soon as possible in the following role:
Service Technician (m/f/d) - Northern Germany Region
for our headquarter in Amerang

Your mission

  • Commissioning and servicing our final packaging machines at customer sites
  • Organizing and performing maintenance, testing, and adjustments on machines and equipment at customer sites
  • Troubleshooting and resolving machine malfunctions
  • Providing technical advice and training on machine operation
  • Advising customers on services (upgrades, spare parts, and more) and serving as a liaison to the sales team
  • Documenting the work performed
  • Location: Primarily Northern Germany/Benelux; international assignments possible
  • On-call duty as agreed

Your profile

  • Completed technical training as an electronics technician (m/f/d), mechatronics technician (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d), or equivalent
  • Experience in technical field service
  • Experience in mechanical engineering, ideally in the field of packaging machinery
  • Willingness to travel frequently
  • Strong communication skills and customer focus
  • Solution-oriented, pragmatic, and independent work style
  • Class B driver’s license
  • Good English skills; knowledge of Dutch is a plus
